Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At Rich Grounds and Gardens, we understand that things happen that could lead to a cancellation of your booking with us. If you need to cancel, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover time reserved and loss of work. If access is not available at the agreed time, or the work cannot proceed due to last-minute cancellation, a call-out charge may apply. Appointments may need to be rearranged in cases of severe weather or circumstances beyond control. In such cases, a new date will be agreed as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
